(주)로가레테(이하 "회사")는 유럽연합 일반 개인정보보호법(GDPR) 및 대한민국 개인정보보호법 등 전 세계 주요 국가의 규정을 준수하며, "회원"의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하고 이를 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
제 1 조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 목적)
"회사"는 "서비스" 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

참고: "회사"는 Stripe, PayPal 등 전문 결제 대행사(PG)를 통해 결제를 처리하며, "회원"의 신용카드 번호 등 민감한 금융 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
제 2 조 (개인정보의 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공)
"회사"는 "회원"의 동의 없이 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, "서비스" 제공을 위해 필수적인 다음의 경우에는 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 그 내역을 투명하게 공개합니다.

제 3 조 (정보주체의 권리 및 행사 방법)
"회원"(정보주체)은 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, "회사"는 이를 지체 없이 처리합니다.
- 개인정보 접근권: "회사"가 보유한 "회원"의 개인정보에 대한 열람을 요구할 권리.
- 개인정보 정정권: 부정확한 개인정보를 수정하도록 요구할 권리.
- 개인정보 삭제권 ('잊힐 권리'): 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고, 개인정보의 삭제를 요구할 권리.
- 개인정보 처리 제한권: 특정 목적의 개인정보 처리를 중단하도록 요구할 권리.
- 데이터 이동권: "회사"가 보유한 개인정보를 다른 서비스로 이전할 수 있도록 요청할 권리.
- 권리 행사 방법: "서비스" 내 '설정' 메뉴 또는 고객센터 이메일(support@logarete.com)을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
제 4 조 (개인정보의 보유 및 파기)
- "회사"는 "회원"이 탈퇴를 요청하거나 동의를 철회하는 경우, 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 단, "전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률" 등 관련 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보(예: 결제 및 계약 기록 5년)는, 해당 기간 동안 안전하게 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.
- "서비스" 개선 및 AI 모델 학습을 위해 수집된 대화 내용 등은 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 완전히 비식별화(Anonymized) 처리한 후, 통계 및 연구 목적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
제 5 조 (쿠키(Cookie) 정책)
- "회사"는 "서비스"의 원활한 운영 및 이용자 경험 개선, 통계 분석 등을 위해 쿠키(Cookie)를 사용합니다.
- 쿠키의 구체적인 사용 목적, 종류, 보유 기간 및 쿠키 설정 거부(동의) 방법에 대한 자세한 내용은, "회사"가 별도로 고지하는 "쿠키 정책(Cookie Policy)" 문서에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
제 6 조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)
"회사"는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

Note: The Company processes payments through professional payment processors (PG) such as Stripe and PayPal, and does not directly collect or store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without Member consent. However, for essential service provision, we entrust personal information processing to the following parties and transparently disclose these details:

Article 3 (Data Subject Rights and Exercise Methods)
Members (data subjects) may exercise the following rights at any time, and the Company will process them without delay:

- Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): The right to request deletion of personal information, except where legally required to retain.
- Right to Restriction of Processing: The right to request cessation of personal information processing for specific purposes.
- Right to Data Portability: The right to request transfer of personal information to another service.

Article 4 (Retention and Destruction of Personal Information)
- The Company destroys personal information without delay when Members request account deletion or withdraw consent.
- However, information required by law (e.g., payment and contract records for 5 years) will be securely stored separately and destroyed after the retention period.
- Conversation content collected for service improvement and AI model training may be fully anonymized and retained for statistical and research purposes.
Article 5 (Cookie Policy)
- The Company uses cookies for smooth service operation, user experience improvement, and statistical analysis.
- Details about cookie usage purposes, types, retention periods, and how to refuse cookies can be found in the Company's separate "Cookie Policy" document.
Article 6 (Security Measures for Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure personal information security:
