Logarete(이하 "서비스")에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 본 이용약관(이하 "본 약관")은 (주)로가레테(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모든 "서비스"의 이용과 관련하여 "회사"와 "회원" 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 1 조 (용어의 정의)

  1. "서비스"라 함은 "회원"이 AI 페르소나와의 1:1 대화 및 다자간 토론을 생성하고 경험할 수 있도록 "회사"가 제공하는 Logarete 웹서비스 및 관련 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
  2. "회원"이라 함은 "회사"의 "서비스"에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 "회사"와 이용계약을 체결하고 "회사"가 제공하는 "서비스"를 이용하는 고객을 말합니다.
  3. "크레딧"이라 함은 "서비스" 이용 시 AI 모델의 응답(Output)을 생성하기 위해 사용되는 "서비스" 내의 가상 단위입니다.
  4. "Basic 모델"이라 함은 "서비스" 내에서 제공되는 Gemini 2.5 Flash 등 표준 AI 모델을 의미합니다.
  5. "Pro 모델"이라 함은 "서비스" 내에서 제공되는 Gemini 2.5 Pro 등 최고 성능의 AI 모델을 의미합니다.
  6. "월간 크레딧"이라 함은 유료 구독 플랜에 따라 결제일에 정기적으로 지급되는 크레딧으로, 다음 결제일 0시 0분(UTC)에 소멸됩니다.
  7. "보너스 크레딧"이라 함은 친구 초대 리워드, 이벤트 또는 유료 구매('추가 크레딧 팩')를 통해 "회원"이 획득한 크레딧으로, 소멸되지 않습니다.

제 2 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. "회사"는 본 약관의 내용을 "회원"이 쉽게 알 수 있도록 "서비스" 초기 화면 또는 연결화면에 게시합니다.
  2. "회사"는 "약관의 규제에 관한 법률", "정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률", "전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률" 등 관련 법을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
  3. 약관이 개정되는 경우, "회사"는 적용일자 7일 전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다. 단, "회원"에게 불리하게 약관내용을 변경하는 경우에는 최소한 30일 이상의 사전 유예기간을 두고 공지합니다.

제 3 조 (회원가입 및 계정)

  1. 회원가입은 "서비스" 이용을 원하는 자가 본 약관의 내용에 동의를 한 다음 회원가입 신청을 하고, "회사"가 이러한 신청에 대하여 승낙함으로써 체결됩니다.
  2. "회원"은 자신의 계정 정보(비밀번호 등)를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 이를 제3자에게 양도하거나 이용하게 해서는 안 됩니다.

제 4 조 (서비스의 제공 및 요금제)

"회사"는 "회원"에게 다음과 같은 요금제 플랜을 제공합니다.

  1. Free Pass (무료 플랜): "회사"가 정한 제한된 범위 내에서 "서비스"를 무료로 이용할 수 있는 플랜입니다.
  2. Basic Pass (월 $9.00): 월 $9.00 (USD)를 정기 결제하여 "서비스"를 이용하는 플랜입니다.
    • ① 제공 모델: Basic 모델 및 Pro 모델 중 선택하여 이용할 수 있습니다.
    • ② 제공 크레딧: 매월 550 크레딧의 "월간 크레딧"이 지급됩니다.
  3. Pro Pass (월 $45.00): 월 $45.00 (USD)를 정기 결제하여 "서비스"를 이용하는 플랜입니다.
    • ① 제공 모델: Basic 모델 및 Pro 모델 중 선택하여 이용할 수 있습니다.
    • ② 제공 크레딧: 매월 3,000 크레딧의 "월간 크레딧"이 지급됩니다.

제 5 조 (크레딧 정책 및 운영)

  1. 크레딧 차감 기준: 크레딧은 "회원"이 생성하는 AI 응답의 "출력(Output) 토큰"을 기준으로 차감됩니다.
    • ① Basic 모델 (Gemini 2.5 Flash): 1,000 Output 토큰 생성 시 1 크레딧 차감
    • ② Pro 모델 (Gemini 2.5 Pro): 1,000 Output 토큰 생성 시 6 크레딧 차감
  2. 크레딧 소멸 정책:
    • ① "월간 크레딧"은 결제일 0시 0분(UTC)에 자동으로 소멸되며, 이월되지 않습니다.
    • ② "보너스 크레딧"은 소멸되지 않고 이월됩니다.
  3. 크레딧 차감 순서: "서비스" 이용 시, "월간 크레딧"이 "보너스 크레딧"보다 항상 먼저 차감됩니다.

제 6 조 (프로모션 및 쿠폰)

  1. 친구 초대 리워드: 기존 유료 "회원"의 초대로 가입한 신규 "회원"이 첫 유료 결제를 완료하는 경우, 초대한 "회원"과 초대받은 "회원" 모두에게 400 "보너스 크레딧"을 지급합니다.
  2. 모든 프로모션의 세부 내용은 "회사"의 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

제 7 조 (결제, 청약 철회 및 환불)

  1. 결제 및 갱신: 유료 서비스(Membership Pass)는 회원이 등록한 결제 수단을 통해 매월 선불로 자동 결제됩니다.
  2. 구독 해지: 회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 [설정] 메뉴를 통해 '구독 해지(자동 갱신 중단)'를 신청할 수 있습니다. 해지 신청 시 다음 결제일부터 요금이 청구되지 않으며, 남은 기간 동안은 서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 청약 철회 및 환불:
    • ① 회원은 유료 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 서비스 이용 내역이 없는 경우, 청약 철회(전액 환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
    • ② 단, 결제 후 지급된 크레딧(Credit)을 1회라도 사용하여 AI와의 대화 등 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공받은 경우에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 청약 철회가 제한됩니다.
    • ③ 회사의 귀책 사유(서비스 장애 등)로 인해 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우에는 사용 여부와 관계없이 환불 조치합니다.

제 8 조 (지적재산권)

  1. "회사"가 "서비스"에서 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠(로고, 상표, UI, 소프트웨어 코드 등)에 대한 지적재산권은 "회사" 또는 해당 저작권자에게 귀속됩니다.
  2. "회원"이 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 원칙적으로 "회원"에게 귀속됩니다.

제 9 조 (책임의 제한)

  1. "회사"는 천재지변, 비상사태 또는 기타 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 "서비스"를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
  2. "회사"는 "회원"의 귀책사유로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 10 조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할법원)

  1. 본 약관 및 "서비스" 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, "회사"와 "회원"은 상호 협의하여 원만히 해결하도록 노력합니다.
  2. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 대한민국 법률을 적용하며 서울중앙지방법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.

Logarete Terms of Service

Welcome to Logarete (the "Service"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Logarete Inc. (the "Company") and users ("Members") regarding the use of all services provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the Logarete web service and related services provided by the Company, enabling Members to create and experience one-on-one conversations and multi-party discussions with AI personas.
  2. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's Service, enters into a service agreement with the Company according to these Terms, and uses the Service provided by the Company.
  3. "Credits" refers to virtual units within the Service used to generate AI model responses (Output).
  4. "Basic Model" refers to standard AI models such as Gemini 2.5 Flash provided within the Service.
  5. "Pro Model" refers to top-performance AI models such as Gemini 2.5 Pro provided within the Service.
  6. "Monthly Credits" refers to credits regularly provided on the payment date according to paid subscription plans, which expire at 00:00 (UTC) on the next payment date.
  7. "Bonus Credits" refers to credits acquired through referral rewards, events, or paid purchases ('Credit Packs'), which do not expire.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or linked screen of the Service so that Members can easily understand them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
  3. When the Terms are amended, the Company will notify Members from 7 days before the effective date. However, for changes unfavorable to Members, at least 30 days advance notice will be provided.

Article 3 (Membership Registration and Accounts)

  1. Membership registration is completed when a person wishing to use the Service agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves such application.
  2. Members are responsible for safely managing their account information (passwords, etc.) and must not transfer or allow third parties to use them.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Pricing Plans)

The Company provides Members with the following pricing plans:

  1. Free Pass: A plan that allows free use of the Service within limits set by the Company.
  2. Basic Pass ($9.00/month): A plan using the Service through monthly automatic payments of $9.00 (USD).
    • ① Available Models: Choose between Basic or Pro models.
    • ② Provided Credits: 550 Monthly Credits provided each month.
  3. Pro Pass ($45.00/month): A plan using the Service through monthly automatic payments of $45.00 (USD).
    • ① Available Models: Choose between Basic or Pro models.
    • ② Provided Credits: 3,000 Monthly Credits provided each month.

Article 5 (Credit Policy and Operation)

  1. Credit Deduction Basis: Credits are deducted based on "Output tokens" of AI responses generated by Members.
    • ① Basic Model (Gemini 2.5 Flash): 1 credit deducted per 1,000 Output tokens
    • ② Pro Model (Gemini 2.5 Pro): 6 credits deducted per 1,000 Output tokens
  2. Credit Expiration Policy:
    • ① "Monthly Credits" automatically expire at 00:00 (UTC) on the payment date and do not carry over.
    • ② "Bonus Credits" do not expire and carry over.
  3. Credit Deduction Order: When using the Service, "Monthly Credits" are always deducted before "Bonus Credits".

Article 6 (Promotions and Coupons)

  1. Referral Rewards: When a new Member who joined through an existing paid Member's invitation completes their first paid payment, both the inviting Member and the invited Member receive 400 "Bonus Credits".
  2. Details of all promotions may change according to the Company's policies.

Article 7 (Payment, Cancellation, and Refund)

  1. Payment and Renewal: Paid Services (Membership Pass) are billed automatically on a monthly prepaid basis using the payment method registered by the Member.
  2. Subscription Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription (disable auto-renewal) at any time via the [Settings] menu within the Service. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made starting from the next billing cycle, and the Member may continue to use the Service for the remainder of the current paid period.
  3. Withdrawal and Refund:
    • ① Members may request a withdrawal of the offer (full refund) within 7 days of the payment date, provided there is no usage history of the Service.
    • ② However, if any portion of the Credits provided upon payment has been used (e.g., initiating a dialogue with an AI Persona), the service is considered to have commenced, and a refund for simple change of mind will not be permitted in accordance with relevant laws.
    • ③ In the event the Member is unable to use the Service due to reasons attributable to the Company (e.g., service failure), a full refund will be processed regardless of usage status.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights for all content provided by the Company in the Service (logos, trademarks, UI, software code, etc.) belong to the Company or the respective copyright holders.
  2. Copyright for content created by Members belongs to the Members in principle.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is exempted from liability when it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters, emergencies, or other force majeure circumstances.
  2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by Members' negligence.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. In case of disputes related to these Terms and Service use, the Company and Members shall endeavor to resolve them amicably through mutual consultation.
  2. If no agreement is reached, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service shall take effect from December 1, 2025.
